1. TULIP (Tenant User Liability Insurance Policy)

Tenant Users Liability Insurance Policy (TULIP) is designed to provide short-term liability insurance coverage for third parties to use facilities or venues for specific events. It protects against claims by third parties who may be injured or lose property as a result of participating in an event.

• Events eligible for TULIP coverage must meet these guidelines:

Maximum daily attendance 5,000 or less

Event lasts no more than 10 consecutive days

Event location is in the United States

Alcohol may be served, but not sold at event
